Administration Fund payments

Two types of Administration Fund payments are shown on the table.

  1. Advance claims – eligible members and parties may claim their maximum quarterly entitlement from the Administration Fund in advance of the quarter.
  2. Quarterly claims – eligible members and parties claim for the reimbursement of actual administrative expenditure incurred during a quarter. Members and parties that received an advance payment for the quarter must still lodge a quarterly claim after the end of the quarter, and the TEC will assess and recover any difference between the advance payment and actual expenditure incurred.
