    12:03 pm Tuesday 14 May 2024 - Postal votes received up until 10 am close now included. Counting completed.
    2:15 pm Tuesday 7 May 2024 - Provisional distribution of preferences scenarios completed. Both scenarios show that the final two candidates in the distribution are McLAUGHLIN and THOMAS, with THOMAS winning by a margin of 1,221 votes. With an unassailable lead, THOMAS elected. Final figures expected Tuesday 14 May. Declaration of the poll details are provided in this media release.
    11:43 am Tuesday 7 May 2024 - Postal votes received this morning now included. Provisional distributions have now commenced with details on the procedure provided in this media release.
    6:00 pm Monday 6 May 2024 - Recheck of all ballot papers to date completed. Further details regarding tomorrow's proceedings will be provided shortly.
    5:05 pm Monday 6 May 2024 - Rechecking continues, but no further updates today. The 12:46 pm update is final for Monday. Details are provided in this media release.
    12:46 pm Monday 6 May 2024 - Telephone votes added to postal vote figures.
    10:53 am Monday 6 May 2024 - Rechecking of polling place first preferences underway. Provisional, Out of Division and Pre-Poll (Out of Division) counts now included in figures below. Telephone votes (to be added to postal vote figures) will be included in an update later today.
    9:17 pm Saturday 4 May 2024 - Elwick counting adjourned. Resumes on Monday. Details are provided in this media release.
