Where's my ballot pack?

Ballot packs were scheduled to be delivered to electors by Australia Post between Tuesday 11 and Friday 14 March.

If you haven't received your ballot pack, follow this procedure

Going interstate or overseas?

Applications for a supplementary pack to be sent by post closed 4 pm Wednesday 26 March. You can still visit your council to collect a new pack before the close of poll at 2 pm on Monday 31 March.

If this option doesn't suit your situation, learn what happens next

Replacement ballot packs

If you haven't received your ballot pack by mail delivery on Friday 14 March, or if you require a replacement ballot pack, it's too late for us to post one, but there is still an option available:

  • Visit your council office at 3 Ellenor St, Scottsdale (open 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday) to collect a new pack. This is the quickest option. There is a ballot box available on site for lodgement. Ballot packs must be in the ballot box before 2 pm Monday 31 March. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.

If you require assistance, call the TEC on 1800 801 701.

What happens if I am unable to vote?
