Guidelines

A guideline may be issued by the Tasmanian Electoral Commission to clarify any part of the Electoral Disclosure and Funding Act 2023 for the operational purposes of both the Commission and electoral participants.

The Commission has issued the following guidelines to support the implementation of the Electoral Disclosure and Funding Act 2023 from 1 July 2025.
