The Tasmanian Electoral Commission has developed a range of policies to support electoral participants’ understanding of the legislative concepts introduced in the Electoral Disclosure and Funding Act 2023. These policies collate and interpret information from different parts of the Act, and provide detailed legislative guidance, definitions and references.

A guideline may be issued by the Tasmanian Electoral Commission to clarify any part of the Electoral Disclosure and Funding Act 2023 for the operational purposes of both the Commission and electoral participants.
