The Electoral Disclosure and Funding Act 2023 requires the use of approved forms for registering with the Tasmanian Electoral Commission, making disclosures, and claiming funding. Electoral participants can see which forms they may need to use below.

The Commission has also provided templates to accompany certain approved forms. The templates can help electoral participants provide the Commission with specific disclosure or funding details as required by the Act.

All documents provided below are grouped by electoral participant. Where a document is relevant to multiple participant types, it may be listed more than once.

House of Assembly candidates & members
